Terms of Service

The terms governing your access to and use of this website, operated by Azzite Management Services LLC.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of azzite.com (the “Website”), operated by Azzite Management Services LLC (“Azzite”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Website.

1. Scope

These Terms govern use of the Website only. They do not govern the provision of services by Azzite to its clients, which is governed by a separate written agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails.

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for the provision of services arises until a written agreement has been executed by both parties.

2. Use of the Website

You may access and view the Website, print individual pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You agree that you will not:

  • use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers on which it is hosted, or any connected system
  • interfere with, disrupt or impair the operation of the Website or any other user's access to it
  • introduce any virus, malicious code or other material that is technologically harmful
  • access the Website by automated means at a volume that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or extract personal data from it
  • reproduce a substantial part of the Website for any competing purpose
  • remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Website, including its text, design, layout, graphics and underlying code, together with the Azzite name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Azzite and are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws.

You may quote short extracts provided that Azzite is credited and, where the quotation appears online, a link to the source page is included. Any other reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.

The Azzite name and logo may not be used in any manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation where none exists.

4. Material you submit

Where you send us an enquiry, a curriculum vitae or other material, you warrant that you are entitled to provide it and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may use that material for the purpose for which it was submitted.

You should not send confidential information to Azzite before a confidentiality agreement has been executed. In the absence of such an agreement, material submitted through the Website will not be treated as confidential, irrespective of any statement to the contrary accompanying it.

The submission of an application for employment does not create an employment relationship or any obligation on the part of Azzite to offer employment.

5. Accuracy of information

The content of the Website is provided for general information about Azzite and its services. While we take reasonable care to ensure that it is accurate, it does not constitute a specification, a representation or professional advice, and it may be amended or withdrawn without notice.

You should not rely on the content of the Website alone in making any business decision. Terms applicable to any engagement will be set out in a written agreement.

6. Third-party websites

The Website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Such links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content of any third-party website, and access to any such website is at your own risk.

7. Availability

We do not warrant that the Website will be available uninterrupted or free from error. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or restrict all or any part of the Website for operational or business reasons, and will give reasonable notice of any planned suspension where practicable.

You are responsible for making the arrangements necessary to access the Website, and for ensuring that all persons accessing it through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Azzite excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, in relation to the Website and its content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Azzite shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or loss or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Azzite against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website.

11. Suspension of access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, without notice, where we reasonably consider that you have breached these Terms.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date of the most recent revision is shown at the top. Continued use of the Website following any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by Azzite in exercising any right constitutes a waiver of that right. These Terms are not intended to confer rights on any person other than you and Azzite.

16. Contact

Enquiries concerning these Terms should be addressed to support@azzite.com.
