Privacy Policy

How Azzite Management Services LLC collects, uses and protects personal information collected through this website.

Azzite Management Services LLC (“Azzite”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this website.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through azzite.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you. It has been prepared having regard to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “UAE PDPL”).

By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through this website. It does not apply to personal data processed by Azzite in the course of providing services to its clients, which is governed by the terms of the relevant client agreement.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server log data, including your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time of each request, your browser type and operating system, and the referring page.
  • Information you submit through the contact form. This comprises your name, your company name where given, an email address or telephone number, and the content of your enquiry, together with the IP address the submission was made from.
  • Information you provide by email. Where you write to us directly, we receive the information contained in your message.
  • Recruitment information. Where you apply for a role, whether through the application form or by email, we receive your name, your email address, a telephone number where given, your curriculum vitae, and any accompanying note you choose to send, together with the IP address the application was made from.

When you submit the contact form or the job application form, the information in it is sent to our server and forwarded to us by email; in the case of an application, your curriculum vitae is forwarded as an attachment. The submission is not otherwise stored on our server, except that if the email cannot be sent the details of the submission are written to our server log so that it is not lost, and are retained there for the life of that log. We also record the IP address the submission came from, both to limit automated abuse of the forms and so that there is a record of where a submission originated.

3. Individuals we contact on behalf of our clients

Where we contact you about an account you hold with one of our clients, we do so on that client's written instructions. The client, not Azzite, determines why and how your personal information is used, and remains responsible for it. We act on their behalf.

Telephone calls may be recorded, and are reviewed for quality and compliance purposes. Records of contact are kept so that what was discussed and agreed can be evidenced.

If you wish to raise a concern about how you have been contacted, or to verify that a caller is genuinely acting for Azzite, write to support@azzite.com. Requests concerning the underlying account and the information held about it should be directed to the client whose account it is, and we will tell you who that is.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website does not use cookies. It does not deploy advertising networks, tracking pixels, social media plug-ins or third-party scripts, and web fonts are served from our own infrastructure rather than from a third-party provider.

Our forms are protected against automated abuse without any third-party service: each uses a hidden field that automated submissions fill in, together with a limit on how often it may be submitted from one connection. Neither sets a cookie nor discloses anything to a third party.

Should we introduce website analytics, we will use a service that does not set cookies and does not collect personal data, and that service would load a script from its own provider. If we adopt any technology requiring consent, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain your consent before doing so.

5. How we use your information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • to respond to enquiries and to correspond with you
  • to assess whether we are able to provide the services you have enquired about
  • to assess applications for employment
  • to operate, maintain and secure this website, and to investigate faults or misuse
  • to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

6. Legal basis for processing

We process personal information on one or more of the following bases:

  • your consent, where you contact us or submit an application
  • the performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract
  • our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and in responding to enquiries, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
  • compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for the marketing purposes of third parties. We may disclose personal information to:

  • our hosting provider, which operates the infrastructure on which this website runs
  • Microsoft, whose services transmit and store our correspondence, including messages generated by the contact form and by the job application form, together with any curriculum vitae attached to them
  • our professional advisers, including legal advisers and auditors, where necessary
  • a competent authority, regulator or court, where required by applicable law
  • a purchaser or prospective purchaser, in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business

Where a third party processes personal information on our behalf, it is required to do so only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.

8. International transfers

Azzite operates from the United Arab Emirates. Our service providers may store or process personal information outside the UAE. Where personal information is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving jurisdiction provides an adequate level of protection, or that an appropriate safeguard permitted under the UAE PDPL is in place.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • server log data is retained for a limited period and is then deleted or overwritten by our hosting provider
  • the IP address held on our server to count submissions and limit abuse is deleted fifteen minutes after a contact form submission, and one hour after an application; a copy of that address also appears in the email the form generates, and is retained for as long as that email is
  • correspondence, including contact form submissions, is retained for the duration of our engagement with you and for a reasonable period thereafter
  • recruitment correspondence, including the curriculum vitae attached to an application, is held in our email system and is subject to the recruitment retention period below
  • recruitment information is retained for up to twelve months following the closure of the relevant role, or, where an application does not relate to an advertised role, for up to twelve months from receipt, unless you request earlier deletion

Where a longer retention period is required by applicable law, we retain the information for that period.

10. Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, and access to correspondence is limited to personnel who require it.

No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the competent authority and affected individuals to the extent required by applicable law.

11. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the UAE PDPL, you have the right to:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it
  • request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
  • request the deletion of your personal information
  • request the restriction of, or object to, certain processing
  • receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used format, or have it transmitted to another controller
  • object to processing for the purposes of direct marketing
  • withdraw consent previously given

Requests may be made by writing to support@azzite.com. We will respond within thirty days of receipt. No fee is payable. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

12. Third-party websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of any third-party website before providing personal information to it.

13. Children

This website is intended for businesses and for individuals seeking employment. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information relating to children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date of the most recent revision is shown at the top. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.

15. Contact

Enquiries concerning this Privacy Policy, and requests to exercise the rights described above, should be addressed to support@azzite.com.
